Employers can specify how many bikes per person can be leased and at what maximum price. A personal contact person is available to advise companies on this matter.

During the introduction of company bikes.

Congratulations! Once the contracts have been signed, the partnership with Deutsche Dienstrad officially begins and employees can purchase bikes and e-bikes. To make this as easy as possible for companies and employees, everyone uses our fully digital platform, which optimally connects employers, employees, and specialist retailers throughout Germany.

Training courses.

The entire company bike leasing process is handled via the Dienstrad platform. It acts as an interface between companies, employees, and dealerships, and is customized to each company's corporate identity free of charge. Our platform is intuitive and can be used with just a few clicks. To help companies find their way around quickly, we offer free training for employers and employees. This can be done digitally or, if possible, on site at the company. The person responsible for bike leasing will go through the various functions hands-on, explain in detail how leasing works for companies and employees, and, of course, answer any questions about the process with Deutsche Dienstrad.

Kommunikationsmaterial. 

An important part of our comprehensive service is the marketing and communication materials we provide to companies. With email templates, flyers, and guidelines for employees, employers can promote the company bike program internally. We also publish social media posts, the company bike partner badge for the homepage, and ready-made text modules for companies to showcase their collaboration with us to the outside world. This allows companies to show applicants and new employees that they are part of the company bike movement.

The journey from introduction to the first bikes.

In our experience, the coordination phase after the framework agreement has been concluded takes approximately one to two weeks. Together with their personal contact person, the Employer goes through all relevant points and we implement individual requests for companies.

The employer then receives individual company access to our platform. The invitation link for employees is located on the home page of the company account, allowing employees to register in just a few steps. Our internal marketing material helps companies inform all employees about the new offer. Companies can also inform new employees about the company bike proposal when they are hired.

After registering, employees select their dream bike online or in a specialist store. The dealer posts the offer on the Deutsche Dienstrad platform, where it is automatically sent to the company account for approval. The offer is approved with a single click, and the dealer prepares the order. Employees are automatically notified when the company bike is ready for collection or has been shipped.
